1- Terms & Conditions
Please read this general information about your cruise and the conditions. You need to be aware of them before you book your Alexander the Great. Your decision to purchase, and payment of the deposit for the cruise program you select, constitutes your recognition and acceptance of all of the terms and conditions in this web site.
2- Embarkation
Embarkation begins 3 hours prior to sailing time. Guests must be onboard no later than one hour before the scheduled sailing time. It is the guest’s responsibility to arrive on time.
3- Reservation

25% deposit is required upon confirmation (except premium dates)

50% deposit is required upon confirmation for premium dates

Full balance is due not later than 60 days prior to embarkation date.

In the event of booking cancellation, written notice must be received by Alexander the Great head office.
4- Cancellation
Cancellations and requests for refund must be submitted in writing to Alexander the Great head office all documents (deposit receipt or passage tickets) issued by Alexander the Great head office must be returned before refund can be processed. Cancellation charges, per person will be assessed as follows.
The following cancellation policy will be applied:
70 or more days prior to sailing: full refund

69 to 31 days prior to embarkation date 25% cancellation charges applied

30 to 22 days prior to embarkation date 50% cancellation charges applied

21 to 14 days prior to embarkation date 75% cancellation charges applied

Less than 14 days prior to embarkation dare 100% cancellation charge applied
There will be no refunds for guests who fail to embark.
5- Rates / Expenses / Taxes and Charges
Unless otherwise noted, rates are in U.S. dollars, per person, based on double occupancy of accommodations selected.
Rates include, accommodations, all standard meals onboard ship, and shore excursions Rates do not include any other items, such as airfare, passenger facility charges, transfers, gratuities, wines, liquor and beverages, laundry or valet service, or any other goods or services purchased onboard the ship.
6- Travel Documents:
You are responsible for obtaining all travel documents as well as compliance with Customs and immigration requirements. You will be required to comply with all government imposed security measures, which may change without notice
7- Minors policy Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. On selected seasonal departures, guests 21 to 24 years old must have one person at least 25 years old in the same stateroom. |
